A Picture Postcard With A Difference – The Gallery

Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside, oh we do like to be beside the sea.

We quite like a picture postcard too so love this week’s theme for the Gallery.

What do you think of this one?

Well, if we are talking about me, I think I would be the lady in red!

I think of all shapes and sizes and it reminds me of the diversity of the charity world.

Ones that help people at local, regional, national and global levels.

Ones that help animals.

Ones that tackle issues that abound in recessions such as homelessness, debt and relationship breakdown.

I don’t help charities because I am some super and lovely person. I do it partly because I was brought up to do so and partly because I get a buzz out of helping others.

You can get that buzz too and at no extra cost to you when you shop online for anything however regularly, however little or much you spend. All I want you to do is turn that key and support the charity of YOUR choice. If you can’t decide, you can be like me and support Tommy’s the baby charity. Oh and most schools are charities so that is another idea for who to support.

The HOW bit is easy. Click http://www.give.as/kateonthinice and enter your name and email address. Give As You Live then send you an email to you which explains that retailers will donate money when you shop online with them. I am talking all the usual people you would shop with from supermarkets to Amazon, from insurance providers to holiday companies, from places you book train travel with to the very sexy shops.

You join for FREE, you spend what you would have spent anyway and money goes to charity at no cost to you.

That looks like a very attractive picture to me.

And here is the postcard
