Mums Deserve A Treat. Win A £50 Voucher From Experience Days.

Have you got the January blues? Fancy a treat but finances are tight? Have I got very good news for you?

The lovely people at Experience Days have kindly given us a £50 gift voucher as a competition prize for one lucky reader.

The lucky winner will be able to redeem it against any of the gift experiences on the Experience Days website which we encourage you to visit right now. http://www.experiencedays.co.uk/

There are countless options on the Experience Days website from pampering days to theatre trips and so very much more. Do go and see what you fancy as there is something for the foodie, the sporty type and the risk-taker. With Valentines Day round the corner, there are special days for couples too.

Prices vary but there are lovely ones that come in under £50 so you really could have a free experience of a lifetime.

Have you seen the Groovy Mums initiative? You can read all about it by clicking here https://kateonthinice.wordpress.com/how-to-be-a-groovy-mum/

I would love more mums to get involved in blogging about their experiences of taking charge of their lives and putting their best foot forward towards a more positive future.

So, anyone who links up a post this week about how they are changing things for the better for themeselves will be in with a chance of winning the Experience Days voucher.

Experience Days is ideal for mums wanting to try new things, take time out for themselves or to boost their flagging sense of confidence.

All you have to do to be entered into the competition is to link up a post that tells us how you are changing your life whether in baby steps or in huge ways by midnight on Tuesday 24th January. It could be about your body, you mind or your spirit. You decide.

If you are stuck for ideas on what to write about, check back previous #groovymums and #groovingmums posts where you will find so much inspiration. Later today, I will post some challenges which are totally optional but might give you some more ideas.

For a bonus entry to the competition, please subscribe to this blog via email.

For another bonus entry, tweet about this competition and mention @kateonthinice in the tweet.

This competition is restricted to UK mums aged 18 years and over. The winner will be selected at random.

Well, what are you waiting for? Get blogging and link up.

  2. I don’t have a blog, so I can’t link up. I’m leaving a comment instead: In 2012, I will be finishing my uni degree, so hopefully I will get a teacher training course and change my job! At personal level, I promised that I will look after myself a bit more and do my nails more often! 🙂 x

  3. I have just joined twitter but have no idea how to use so if I work out how to tweet this I will, infact you are the only person I am following so far!

  6. I recently moved to a new area and my main goal is to make a friend or two. I also want to find a way for me to fit in and make a life here. I am taking baby steps and not pressuring myself to stress myself out. I can already say that I met a potential friend which is great!

  7. I dont have a blog to link up to but this year I am changing my life my eating healthier and doing more exercise. Heres to a new slimmer, fitter me for 2012!

  8. this year I decided to spend more time with my elderly parents, help them out more and generally appreciate them before its to late, we sometimes take our parents so for granted we forget what wonderful people they are

  9. I dont know how to link up – but am keeping a blog type thing on my website http://www.chatterzone.co.uk see ’emmas diet journal’ tab. I have been on the cabbage soup diet for 1 week and lost 6.5 pounds as well as inches (yet to update sunday). I am continuing my weight loss / new journey and will be keeping up to date in my ‘blog’. I intend to start my own blog when I know how lol. Keeping the blog has really helped me to stay focused and I have looked back when I have had my weak moments to remind myself why I am doing this! With 3 children and a BMI in the obesity range, it is about time I change things for the better, and to make my children have a more healthy lifestyle!

  10. I want me more time so I am determined to read more this year!! There is nothing better than getting lost in a book!
